12chocolate sandwich cookieslike Milano or Pepperidge Farm, for tombstones
1cupwhite chocolate chips
black decorating gelor small round sprinkles
Instructions
Make the pudding according to package directions using the milk. Divide evenly among clear plastic cups. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
To make ghosts: Melt white chocolate chips. Spoon into a small plastic bag, snip a tiny corner, and pipe ghost shapes (like a wavy tall mound) onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Immediately add two small black sprinkle eyes. Let set completely in the fridge.
To assemble: Top each pudding cup with a layer of crushed Oreo 'dirt'. Push a chocolate sandwich cookie into the dirt as a tombstone. Use the black gel to write 'RIP' on the tombstones.
Gently press a few white chocolate ghosts into the dirt. Serve chilled!
Notes
You can use pre-made pudding cups to save time. Look for candy eyes in the baking aisle for even easier ghost decorating.
