Equipment

  • 6 Clear Plastic Cups

Ingredients

Pudding Base

  • 2 packages instant chocolate pudding mix 3.9 oz each
  • 4 cups cold milk

Toppings & Decorations

  • 1 package Oreo cookies crushed into crumbs
  • 12 chocolate sandwich cookies like Milano or Pepperidge Farm, for tombstones
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • black decorating gel or small round sprinkles

Instructions

  • Make the pudding according to package directions using the milk. Divide evenly among clear plastic cups. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  • To make ghosts: Melt white chocolate chips. Spoon into a small plastic bag, snip a tiny corner, and pipe ghost shapes (like a wavy tall mound) onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Immediately add two small black sprinkle eyes. Let set completely in the fridge.
  • To assemble: Top each pudding cup with a layer of crushed Oreo 'dirt'. Push a chocolate sandwich cookie into the dirt as a tombstone. Use the black gel to write 'RIP' on the tombstones.
  • Gently press a few white chocolate ghosts into the dirt. Serve chilled!

Notes

You can use pre-made pudding cups to save time. Look for candy eyes in the baking aisle for even easier ghost decorating.
