Equipment
- 6 Clear Plastic Cups
Ingredients
Pudding Base
- 2 packages instant chocolate pudding mix 3.9 oz each
- 4 cups cold milk
Toppings & Decorations
- 1 package Oreo cookies crushed into crumbs
- 12 chocolate sandwich cookies like Milano or Pepperidge Farm, for tombstones
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- black decorating gel or small round sprinkles
Instructions
- Make the pudding according to package directions using the milk. Divide evenly among clear plastic cups. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- To make ghosts: Melt white chocolate chips. Spoon into a small plastic bag, snip a tiny corner, and pipe ghost shapes (like a wavy tall mound) onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Immediately add two small black sprinkle eyes. Let set completely in the fridge.
- To assemble: Top each pudding cup with a layer of crushed Oreo 'dirt'. Push a chocolate sandwich cookie into the dirt as a tombstone. Use the black gel to write 'RIP' on the tombstones.
- Gently press a few white chocolate ghosts into the dirt. Serve chilled!
Notes
You can use pre-made pudding cups to save time. Look for candy eyes in the baking aisle for even easier ghost decorating.
